As competition gets fierce and technologies get more sophisticated, it is predicted that by 2020 customer experience will overtake price and product as the key brand differentiator. But what are the key attributes to a robust experience? And how does that feed into organization's business and user experience strategy?
In this session, Dharmesh Mistry will share the fundamentals of building a robust customer experience (CX) and its symbiotic relationship with usability and user experience (UX). Dharmesh will also talk about current trends and recommendations to focus on in CX and UX that impact your business and market strategies.
Dharmesh Mistry is passionate about customer experience, user experience and design. He currently works as an experience consultant for Liberty Mutual Insurance and is on the board of directors for UXPA Boston (User Experience Professionals' Association of Boston). His previous experience includes: Acquia, Bentley User Experience Center and Intuit. When he is not working, he likes to guest blog, co-organize conferences, and speak at conferences, educating and sharing his knowledge on building meaningful experiences for customers. He has degrees in Computer Science Engineering and Human Factors in Information Design.
